WHICH ARE YOU?Ectomorph?Mesomorph?Endomorph?

Their are 3 different body types; Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph! Some people may find it easier to gain weight, others may find it easier to lose weight…much of this can be determined through your body type! It is important to know your body type, so you are able to adjust and manipulate your nutrition and workouts to accommodate and maximize results!
Ectomorphs have the hardest time putting on weight even after hours and hours of training in the gym! Ectomorphs usually are tall and very thin like a bean pole! As an ectomorph, you must work harder in the gym, but it is not very difficult for them to gain muscle. Ectomorphs gain muscle by simply doing one thing, and one thing only…EAT EAT EAT EAT, AND EAT MORE! I dont care if you are full, keep eating. Many times people come up to me with the same problem ” I eat like a pig but I never gain weight”. Believe me, if you are eating enough you will gain weight. Keep in mind ectomorphs, eat clean foods( chicken breast, fish, beans, brown rice ext)
Mesomorphs are born lucky! Mesomorphs usually are muscular, and have a better-than average physique even if they don’t workout! Most bodybuilders have this body-type, you can workout a few days a week and still have a very good body! Many people would kill for this body type; usually mesomorphs are athletes from a very young age and find it extremely easy to put on muscle compared to an ectomorph!
Endomorphs are lucky, but also have to be extra careful, and focused! They can easily attain a good physique, but it is very easy for them to lose it! When its gone they have a very bulgy, round shape; big stomach, big legs, large arms! Endormorphs gain the muscle fairly easy, and lose fat quickly when they are focused! This is the most common body type!
Keep in mind, nobody fits perfectly into any of the body-types, but for the most part, we all fit into one with few characteristics of another!
