Hear him growl. Listen to him scream! Dennis Wolf pays a visit to massage therapist Derik Farnsworth for an active release therapy session in San Diego, California. Wolf went in searching for some relief from a pain in his tricep. He left in a world of hurt. This video was filmed January 30, about 4.5 weeks out from the 2012 Arnold Classic.

With the first IFBB Men’s Pro Contest coming to Santa Monica on February 18th, the competitor lists have just come out (although more names may come on the list). For those of you who don’t know where Santa Monica is, it is about 10 miles north of Los Angeles Airport, or 10 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. Or 3 miles north of Muscle Beach Venice.

Here are the competitor lists for the Flex Pro -
