BIO:
Leo Ingram is an active duty service member in the U.S. Navy and it has been through his military service that Leo found bodybuilding. At first it was to fill spare time, but he soon got bit by the bodybuilding bug like so many before him. Leo first began competing in 1993; his first show was the 94 Gold’s Classic where he took 1st in the Heavyweight class. 14 shows and 14 years later, Leo Ingram earned his IFBB pro card at the 2006 USA Championships by taking 2nd in the Super Heavyweight class.
