Starting as a long distance runner in his earlier years, Martin Kjellstrom looked at himself one day and was completely dissatisfied with what he saw in the mirror. He would then immediately hit the gym and after 2 years he had put on over 50 solid pounds of muscle. Martin then enlisted the help and did his forts 2 shows in 2001 and 2002. But he then decided he would forgo the stage until he felt he could earn a pro card. In the end it paid off; in 2005 Martin would earn his IFBB pro card by winning the Nutrition Outlet Grand Prix.
